Katie Whitsed has an honours degree in Occupational Therapy through Curtin University, and has worked across a variety of different settings and clinical caseloads. Katie has experience in the disability sector, primarily with a paediatric clients with autism, intellectual disability and developmental delay. She has also spent time living and working remotely in the Pilbara and Kimberley, working across paediatric and adult caseloads; disability; inpatient and community; aged care; hand therapy; and remote outreach allied health service delivery. Katie is passionate about working with children and families. She believes that families are the experts on their children, and strives to involve and empower families in every step of the therapy process.
